sounds and banged on your car with a flashlight, go to the station, ask to see the watch commander and make a personnel complaint against him. believe it or not if an officer shows a pattern of inappropriate behavior, he is open to varios forms of disciplinary action. Secondly, due to the number of infractions he wrote you up for (and the potential for each to be challanged, consult an attorney or a public defender if you qualify. Lastly, the longer the case drags on the BETTER your chance of a positive outcome (ie. the cop retires quits, or transfers and is unavailable for court, memories fade, and the court is motivated to clear the case and work out aplea with you.
